The design firm WOW Architects together with the studio Warner Wong Design Chiltern has issued a private house in Singapore. The space area of 493 square meters in the central part of the city is created, taking into account the needs and lifestyle of the family. Architects sought to preserve the historical appearance of the building, with a maximum linking it with the surroundings.
Monolithic construction of concrete with steel reinforcement and wood trim diluted with large windows to let in the interior of the sun and the city skyline. In the house for each family member set up a corner of privacy, and provides areas for joint recreation and socializing. The living room and dining room combined and have direct access to the pool, designed in the garden in the backyard. The kitchen is slightly set apart, so you can use it as a work area. The house also provides a family room, guest and children's bedrooms on the ground floor, the second floor is occupied by three bedrooms, bathrooms, a study and a second living room.
